Do I buy the sauna separately?+
Yes. This service is for installing a sauna kit you purchase from your chosen supplier. Share the make, model and assembly instructions when you enquire.
What do you need to prepare a quote?+
The sauna model, delivery status, postcode and photographs of the installation area and access route are a great starting point. Please include any steps, narrow gates or parking restrictions.
Is electrical work included?+
We work with a qualified electrician and can coordinate the electrical work alongside your sauna assembly. The electrical requirements, scope and cost are confirmed for your model and property before booking; electrical work is not automatically included in the assembly price.
Does the installation price include roofing?+
The scope depends on your kit and site. Tell us whether felt, shingles or other roofing materials are supplied so the quote can clearly identify the work included.
Can I enquire about repairs?+
Yes. Send photographs and a description of the issue, such as a misaligned door, damaged roof or incomplete assembly. We will review what is needed before confirming the scope.
Do you cover my area?+
Email your town or postcode to check availability and travel arrangements. Coverage and installation dates are confirmed individually before a booking.
